Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected:

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

International Shipping

At this time, AFRAA VENTURES LLC does not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our reach—stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Please note: Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@afraaventures.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@afraaventures.com with a description and photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly.
