1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, please contact our Customer Support at +1 (786)-941-6336 or info@afraaventures.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from refunds, including:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personalized or custom-made items

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@afraaventures.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@afraaventures.com and send your item to:

7. Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
